We take care preparing every order so your StillSense piece arrives ready for its place in your everyday ritual. Orders are dispatched from Australia to domestically and internationally.

Shipping

Shipping options and costs depend on the items in your order and your delivery address. Available options and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During launches, promotions, or unusually busy periods, preparation may take longer.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the delivery provider.

Returns

Change of mind

We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions. Proof of purchase may be requested.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Natural materials

Still Ground includes a wood tray and natural stones. Variations in grain, colour, texture, tone, and stone shape can occur. These variations alone are not necessarily defects, but this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or materially different from its description.

Order changes or cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to help if it has not yet entered fulfilment or been dispatched, but changes or cancellations can’t be guaranteed once processing has begun.
